The Original Pictish Gin


A smooth, balanced, handcrafted gin, Vesperis Pictish Gin uses the distinctive flavour profile of the Pictish heather mead. A crisp and clean artisanal gin, juniper forward, with fragrant honey sweetness complemented by floral heather. Followed by spice and sweet citrus, with piney juniper returning on the finish. Serve with Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic Water and pomegranate seeds or mix in a cocktail for a Pictish Twist.


Springtime Southside

  • 50ml Vesperis Pictish Gin

  • 25ml Lime Juice

  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup

  • 5 Mint Leaves

  • 4 Cubes of Rhubarb

Muddle the rhubarb and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Measure gin and lime juice into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake.

Double strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a spring of mint and rhubarb peel.
