Scottish Berries Gin

Taking it's flavour profile from the wild berries which grow here at Maryfield, Crooked Mary Gin is distilled with Scottish raspberries and strawberries, oats and pink peppercorns.

 

A full bodied, refreshing gin, Crooked Mary is juniper-led with a burst of soft berries. A rich and creamy texture is balanced by citrus and a hint of pepper spice at the finish.

Serve with Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic Water and frozen strawberries.

Summer Gin Fizz

​

• 50ml Crooked Mary Gin

• 25ml lime juice

• 12.5ml Sugar Syrup

• Handful of raspberries, strawberries and/or blackberries

• Premium tonic

Muddle the berries and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Measure gin and lime juice into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake.

Strain into a highball glass with ice and top with premium tonic. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
